Sirsasana ~ King of Poses

This classical hatha yoga pose is considered the king of asanas for all the potential benefits it can offer.  However, it needs to be attempted with humility!  Only start working on it when the support of the asana is strong (ie: the arms, shoulder girdle and thoracic cage).
