Ashtanga Standing Positions

Here are the standing versions of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
We are trying to show some of the modifications that can be used when necessary;  Although without explaining too many details, this way they are good for actually following at home when you don’t have time to get to the yoga studio.  


Eventually, the ultimate is to memorize the poses so that the awareness can be brought inside more and more without having to focus on a voice outside.  The video is a great tool for those wanting come to the Mysore practice!!  As soon as one can remember the order of the sun salutations and the standing poses you can come to the Mysore practice (it’s not necessary to do all the poses perfectly 🙂 !
