Always a gift to have Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi Joy in Paris!
I met Ron in 1995 when I took my very first yoga class and it is astonishing how he has something inspiring to share each time I see him, even more than 20 years later! Marla gave us so much great advice on how to deal with injuries, which also teaches how to avoid injury!
This is why they are an essential part to our intermediate level teacher training.
